The Vijay Mallya-owned Bangalore Royal Challengers will lock horns with Shah Rukh Khan’s side, Kolkata Knight Riders, with both sides looking to turn their fortunes on Wednesday after a string of defeats.

The match is crucial for both the bottom-placed teams to return back to the tournament. Bangalore is currently the bottom-placed team with only two points from five matches where as Kolkata have three points on their scoreboard.

Royal Challengers had a great start in the tournament but could not sustain that. Kolkata Knight Riders has been making news throughout the tournament but for all the wrong reasons. A series of controversies have surely marred the confidence of the team.
